Paula Beach, Owner/Manager
Paula is the Founder of B Yoga. She is currently studying for her RYT-200 with Empath Yoga. She is enthusiastic and full of energy in her practice, and cannot wait to be able to also instruct. Paula is committed to building the yoga community in Chesterfield.
Heather Dombrovskiy, Community Partner, E-RYT-200, ISSA CPT
Heather is a Community Partner and Assistant Manager of B Yoga. She is the owner of Healthy Life Yoga, and committed to helping see B Yoga and Healthy Life Yoga as lifetime partners, bringing the best of Metro Richmond’s yoga to Chesterfield. She is an E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance), and a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association. Her classes pull from different styles of yoga, including vinyasa and kundalini. She also enjoys teaching meditation.
Shannon Somogyi, RYT-200, R-CYT
Shannon is a RYT 200 level instructor with Yoga Alliance, with a specialty in childrens yoga (CYT). Shannon also completed leadership training in Y12SR with Nikki Meyers and is a space holder and yoga instructor for the 12 step recovery process. She has completed her pre and post natal yoga teacher training with Leslie Lytle of Om Mama, and enjoys leading chair yoga and yoga for the retirement community. Shannon is in the process of completing her RYT 500 training, with an emphasis on Yoga Therapy.
Dorota Kawka, E-RYT-200
Dorota started practicing Yoga 20 years ago when pregnant with her first child and instantly fell in love with it. She became a Yoga Teacher in 2008, she has her E-RYT 200H, currently in training towards RYT 500. Her teaching style blends the precision of alignment derived from Iyengar tradition and more vigorous movements of Vinyasa.
Danielle Schafer, RYT 200
Danielle is a yoga teacher who began her journey looking for a way to exercise that did not require running or weights. Never an athlete, yoga provided an opportunity for her to connect with her body and realize how it moved within space. Danielle leads healing retreats for military widows with the American Widow Project, and incorporates fun into all of her classes!
Lindsey Kirchmier, RYT 200
Lindsey has been practicing Yoga for 15 years and teaching for 5. Her integrative approach is one that strives to achieve synergy between mind, body, and spirit. Lindsey believes Yoga helps us to discover the balance of intention without expectation. To that end Yoga is an enduring practice of strenuous effort with ample space for play and exploration. Lindsey has a deep passion to share her love of Yoga with others, and enjoys working with students of all levels in discovering their own joy of this ancient practice on, and off, the mat.
