CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Yoga For Athletes

This class is designed for athletes, or for any students feeling a lot of muscle and joint stiffness. The class includes elements of vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, gentle, and restorative yoga to allow your muscles to lengthen back out. This class is appropriate for all levels of students, from beginner to advanced, and uses movement with breath, props and holding yoga poses to aid in “opening up” tight areas of the body.

Vinyasa Flow

This all-levels class weaves together movements with breath, allowing you to lose yourself in the practice. Postures can range from basic to intermediate, and options will be giving to accommodate each level. Class begins with warm up movements and sun salutations and ends with a final relaxation in svasana (corpse pose).

Slow Flow

This class links movement with breath, but allows the practice to slow down and really focus on each individual posture. Class begins with warm up stretches and ends with a final relaxation on svasana (corpse pose).

Gentle Yoga

This class is all about stretching out and opening up tired muscles and releasing built up toxins from your body. Take some time to really relax and refresh your body & spirit in this class.
